Nancy Kelly is an exceptionally gifted jazz singer in a league of her own. Twice named as “Best Female Jazz Vocalist” in DownBeat’s Readers’ Poll, she has recorded six critically acclaimed albums. During her forty-plus year career she has honed her trademark swing/bop take-no-prisoners vocal style in front of audiences across the U.S. and abroad, from Singapore, Switzerland, France, and Turkey to three tours of Japan and another tour of Asia that included Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Jakarta. Kelly appears regularly in New York City venues including performances at Blue Note, Birdland, Rainbow Room, Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola, and Jazz at Lincoln Center. She works frequently in Los Angeles and Miami, as well as at countless jazz clubs, festivals, and symphony orchestra engagements across the country.
