Boulder’s new Full Cycle Cafe & Bar will feature the Raul Murciano Colorado Mambo Sextet with vocalist Cynthia Casañas.
Full Cycle Cafe & Bar is hosting the Jazz Supper Club Series featuring many of the great jazz and roots musicians in Colorado, with delicious dinners prepared by Chef Leo Muños-Corona. Each dinner will be paired with music, accompanied by excellent craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
The Jazz Supper Club Series begins with Raul Murciano and the Colorado Mambo Sextet. Originating from the traditional music of Cuba-think the Buena Vista Social Club, The Colorado Mambo Sextet also performs Brazilian, French, and American pop and jazz standards. From dance-inducing Afro-Cuban salsa to sensuous ballads, to funky R&B grooves. Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to join the fun.
Founder and Band Leader — Dr. Raúl Murciano, Jr., was an Associate Dean of Administration at the University of Miami Frost School of Music. He is an award-winning writer and producer of music for television and film. Dr. Murciano’s earliest successes came as a founding member and performer with Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine and additionally, he is a very accomplished painter…in his spare time.

Featuring an authentic Cuban Dinner By Chef Leo Muños-Corona
Lechón asado—pork roast shoulder marinated 24 hours in citrus, garlic, onions, and spices and slowed cooked till fork tender.
Vegetarian option—Roasted portobello mushrooms. Same ingredients of lechón asado.
Sides—Fried plantains, Moros (Rice with black beans) Yuca al mojo. Mojo: Cuban citrus onion and garlic dressing.
Starters—Champiñones al ajillo. Roasted mushrooms sauteed in Ajillo: Guajillo pepper and garlic oil.
