Food Truck Love: Gallo Pinto’s Latin American Roots

When you see the bright blue and gold food truck, get ready to be dazzled in your taste buds.  Chef Diana Flores presents authentic flavors from around Central America, as well as seasonal pastries. Named for the dietary staple known as Gallo Pinto, Flores’s real aim is to “bring the community together through food, stories and culture.”
