The Regis University Jazz Ensemble will perform live in the Phyllis A Greer Performance Studio November 10 from 7 to 8 PM.

All Studio Club Members are invited to attend this performance! Reserve a seat for you and a guest by contacting Arvida at Arvida@KUVO.org.

This jazz ensemble explores the American jazz repertoire, covering a wide variety of popular styles that developed from the early 20th century to today. You never know what you will enjoy – funk, swing, show tunes, rock, blues, Latin, vocals, samba, swing, and ballad genres are all covered!

Through a historical survey of jazz, ensemble members discover the rich variety of this art form, while developing a working understanding of performance,  improvisation,  vocabulary, and more.

Community members are encouraged to be a part of this ensemble. Anyone interested in joining the Regis University Jazz Ensemble is encouraged to contact director Dr. Cannava at ecannava@regis.edu
