Los Alcos on Super Sonido
Los Alcos is Denver’s newest Familia band. They formed in Austin, TX from AlexAlco’s one-human band. Los Alcos blend rhythmic Latin-Psych, trippy Space-Funk, and tasty Groovy-Rock into a spicy fusion of sounds.
Papa David Alcocer shreds Santana-style guitars while AlexAlco wildly plays an inventive, multi-instrumental setup, Vanessa Burden brings a velvety, deeply emotive voice and incredible songwriting skills, along with an incredible band of music pros in tow. Each show brings energy and unique moments, with intense improv and showmanship. Each song is layered, thoughtful, and full of reverberating energy.
