New Music Monday premiers for January 18, include:

Leon Lee Dorsey “Thank You Mr. Mabern”—Less than 2 years ago we lost grand master, pianist and educator, Harold Mabern, His music lives on with his final recording that has just been issued this week. Mr. Mabern on piano is accompanied by the gifted Leon Lee Dorsey on bass and the dynamic Mike Clark at the drums.


Quincy Davis “Q Vision”—Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, Quincy displays his drumming skills with 3 different formats equally well. The many stand out guests include Warren Wolf, Dayna Stephens, Peter Bernstein Ugonna Okegwo and others.


Ed Palermo Big Band “The Great Un-American Songbook-Run For Your Life”—Led by multi-instrumentalist-composer and arranger El Palermo, his Big Band returns for their third installment of swingin’ adaptions of rock & pop hits from both sides of the Big Pond.”
