For the next few weeks on Eats & Beats, we will be highlighting the many restaurants that will be feeding us at our signature fundraising event, Live at the Vineyards happening August 12th. Today we featured Post Oak Barbecue.

Located in the Berkley Neighborhood, Post Oak has been thriving in Denver for the past 4 years. Their signature flavor is partly thanks to what fires their pits – Authentic Post Oak delivered directly from Austin, Texas. General Manager Cole Rusich and Assistant General Manager Nick Ito joined us on The Morning Set to talk about the art of BBQ and to share their menu in anticipation for their presence at Live at the Vineyards.
