Remembering Michel Legrand

KUVO was saddened to learn of the passing of celebrated Oscar-winning French composer and pianist Michel Legrand on Saturday, January 26.  We’re playing Legrand’s music throughout the day on our jazz shows.  And we’ve got special Michel Legrand tribute shows on coming up on Tuesday, February 29 at 8:30 pm on The Night Beat with Geoff Anderson featuring the 1982 album “After the Rain,” and on The Night Beat with Doug Crane will feature two hours of Legrand’s music starting at 8 pm on Wednesday, January 30.
