The Great Denver Ladies of Song: Julie Monley, Jan Cleveland, Myra Warren, & Kristi Stice | Mar 19

“March is Women’s History month and in celebration of the contribution that women have made to all forms of music and culture, Dazzle has put together a show of some of the great musicians who perform in the jazz realm in Denver.

This lovely evening of music will feature a rhythm section including the talented pianist Carmen Sandim, a native of Brazil who received her masters in jazz performance and pedagogy. The master improviser and performer Kim Bird will be playing upright bass and longtime Denver jazz drummer (who is also a percussionist in the Balinese Gamelan Orchestra) Jill Fredericksen will complete the trio.
