The spirit of Django Reinhardt conjures caravans and campfires, rhythm guitars, accordions and violins filling the air with memories of long ago. Gypsy music began its wandering in India centuries ago before moving to Persia and Egypt, across Europe and into the hearts of music lovers world-wide. Tune in to The Jazz River with host Matthew Goldwasser for a trip down the many tributaries of Gypsy music on Sunday, October 27 from 5 to 6pm on KUVO Jazz.
