Tinga Tostada – Our special paste of guajillo peppers, tomatoes, and chipotle is blended into our flavorful chipotle shredded chicken and fried onions. Then we top our lightly toasted homemade tostada with chicken, beans, cabbage, and queso fresco, Barbacoa Street Tacos – We use only Angus beef. Our juicy and tender meat is slow cooked for 4-5 hours with chipotle, Mexican spices, and lime juice. These tacos are loaded with flavor and topped with jalapeno and our homemade salsa served with a side of our specially seasoned potatoes.
