Vinyl Vault: Yellow & Green by Ron Carter

The spotlight is on the bass this week on the Vinyl Vault as we present Ron Carter’s 1976 album “Yellow & Green.” This CTI album features a number of Carter original compositions as well as a couple covers including Monk’s “Epistrophy.” The lineup of musicians includes Billy Cobham, Kenny Barron, Dom Um Romao, Don Grolnick, Ben Riley and Hugh McCracken.
