This month’s Wine, Beer, and Food Pairing features Chef Garret Meyer  from Sarto’s  sharing their Gnocchi Tots and Tortelli   (that is filled with sun-dried tomato ricotta, caponata puree & florentine crisp with a lemon zest) that are  paired with mortellito’s   Sicilian red Calaniuru wine  selected by Carolyn Joy Of Joy Wine and Spirits.

Carolyn talked about the some of the conditions in Sicily, and her thought process behind this pairing, while Chef Garret shared not only these great dishes, but his culinary background, food selections at Sartos and more.
