Eats & Beats returns on The Morning Set!

Foodies rejoice! The Morning Set with Carlos Lando premiering this Spring is bringing back KUVO’s Eats & Beats! We were first delighted with this foodie feature on KUVO’s former morning show “First Take” with Carlos Lando and Steve Chavis, and it was too good to not have a return.

The Morning Set with Carlos Lando premieres on March 28, every Wednesday on the show we’ll explore the food scene right here in Denver, Colorado, and beyond, to give you a taste of some local favorites. Eats & Beats will explore restaurants, breweries, food trucks, festivals, and more. We’ll get the inside info by talking to the chefs, managers, and foodies, and spotlight the diversity in food and culture that’s right in our backyard. If the local flavor isn’t enough, we’ll travel a greater distance to highlight those unique and worldly dishes you may not know of. We have a feeling that our KUVO listeners not only have a palette for great music but a palate for great food!

Do the happy dance while we indulge in the food and drink and ask you “What beats pair best with these eats?” Ever hummed a song in your head while eating one of your favorite meals, or gotten a nostalgic feel while biting into something delicious that made you hear the music, if so, what did it sound like?
