Guitarist and composer Mary Halvorson has been called “one of the most original jazz guitarists of our time.” Andy O’ of The Nightside had the chance to speak with this innovative guitarist and MacArthur fellowship recipient about her gear and her musical concepts. Her latest album Cloudward – is out now on Nonesuch Records.
