Author & Poet Azizah Jones Rides The Gospel Train on Father’s Day

Listen to The Gospel Train on Sunday, June 16 as host Deborah Walker talks with Azizah Jones about her exciting children’s books.

Azizah Jones will be riding on the Gospel Train on Father’s Day to feature her book “Goin Fishin – Life Lessons” which tells the story of a grandfather teaching his grandson all about the history of their family life. Jones is a writer and poet of many children’s books that have been accepted throughout many Colorado communities, from Denver to Aurora, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and the school systems.

Azizah takes no credit for her gift of writing poetry. She gives all glory to God for her talent and her journey as a poet. As a wife and mother, she found joy in helping others through her books for children. “Love Your Awesomeness,” “Ballerina Girl,” and “You Can” to name a few. These books enlighten the heart and bring joy to the soul. We will be featuring one of her books, “Going Fishing: Life Lessons” amongst others she has recently completed.
