The influence of Cutis Fuller on the jazz trombone world cannot be overstated. From his membership in the Jazztet and Jazz Messengers to the seminal Blue Trane and Dizzy bands, he was, until his passing earlier this year, always in the forefront of the hard bop era. Join us as we pay tribute to his life and music with a band that features trombonist Paul McKee plus tenor saxophonist Keith Oxman with whom Curtis collaborated on his last two albums.
