“You only get five seconds to make that first impression.”  Reason enough to check in with Colorado’s “Ms. Manners,” Linda Hill with the Colorado School of Protocol and Etiquette, based in Golden, Colo.

Our conversation ranged on tips for students about to graduate and enter the working world, and protocol for adults struggling with the changing rules for the workplace.  The use of social media in the workplace  and all the other human interactions are measures of our respect for each other, says Hill.
