KUVO JAZZ is pleased to welcome Hugh Ragin and the Messengers of Peace to the brand new Bonfils-Stanton Performance Studio on Tuesday, April 19, at 7:00 pm. The music will also be LIVE on the radio, on KUVO’s stream (www.kuvo.org), and via the KUVO app.

Hugh Ragin, a composer and longtime music educator in Denver, is coming off his most recent recording with the David Sanford Big Band “A Prayer for Lester Bowie,” and he was on stage at the Live at the Vineyards event with the H2 Big Band in 2021.

Appearing with trumpeter Hugh Ragin will be flutist Vincent Wiggins, pianist Max Moore, bassist Mike Fitzmaurice, and drummer Harold Summey.
