Located in Boulder, Caffè Sole has been a place for residents to go and grab some coffee, a quick bite, see art, and hear live music. Since the pandemic, things have changed for them, like so many other businesses.

I had a chance to speak with Suter Dubose, owner of Caffè Sole, regarding a community supported food drive that Caffè Sole and Sister Carmen Community Center Food Bank are doing. He talked about how  the partnership happened, and their goal of feeding one thousand people.

We also spoke about how Caffè Sole is doing during the Coronavirus crisis and about a program that they have launched that will allow people to donate a portion of their stimulus payments to help out undocumented workers.
