The Olympian Jazz Band will perform in KUVO’s Phyllis A. Greer Studio on Tuesday, December 10 at 9am as part of our Colorado Gives Day celebration. The band is a non-auditioned ensemble at Gateway High School, open to any interested students. A number of the students in this group double on other instruments in concert band and perform on their secondaries in this group. The Olympians love performing all different styles of music – for today’s program, you will hear a variety of Latin styles, blues, swing, as well as some fun holiday tunes.
